Buhbye Target
Target Canada will be closing all of their locations starting as soon as March 18th. Most of the stores are located in Ontario with 3 in Alberta, 2 in BC and Quebec and one in Manitoba. This closure will result in 17,000 jobs lost. Target opened in Canada back in 2013 and the corporation said that it will take at least another 2-3 years to turn a profit.
It's really difficult for US companies to come to Canada and think they can turn a profit quickly, especially a corporation like Target. Wal Mart has been in Canada since the mid 90's and Canadians are loyal to them and it would take a lot for Canadians to jump ship over to Target.
In my personal opinion, Target opened too many stores too quickly in Ontario. Marshall's came and they are doing really well and still opening stores throughout Canada.

It's Been A While
Hi everyone,
Sorry that I have been MIA but was having issues with my phone not letting me add pics to the blog so I would have to use my iPad or laptop. Plus I was also in Mexico for my best friends wedding. I'm back now and my phone so still having issues but what can you do, right? When life throws you lemons, keep the rind so you match it with a pair of Sperry boat shoes!
Stay styled,
J.
P.S. We were wearing Tommy Bahamas shits, Perry Ellis linen pants and American Eagle sandals (not pictured)
